Thank you for your interest in renting an facility at Elder Grove School. Please review the following pdf with information, noting what user category you are in and note the rental cost associated. Next, confirm your requested date is available by checking the Gym/Facility Use & Athletics Calendar below. To use an Elder Grove facility, you must schedule a specific time you will be using it so Elder Grove Staff are aware when someone should be on-campus. Then, complete the Rental Request Application Form. Our Facility Rental Coordinator will be in touch with you within 4 business days.  If approved, the Coordinator will schedule a meeting with you to sign the Elder Grove Board of Trustees Form 4330-F(1): Community Use of School Facilities - School Facilities and Grounds Use and Release of Liability Agreement.
