K-8 Music Teacher

Applicant must be able to meet the diverse needs of our students by providing an appropriate learning environment. The chosen applicant will provide quality instruction by using a number of different instructional strategies that will incorporate technology and student engagement.
The applicant will be responsible for instruction of K-8 music department. They must be well organized have an energetic personality and love kids. This applicant will be teaching K-4 elementary music, 5th and 6th grade Band, 5th and 6th grade choir, 7th/8th grade band, and 7th/8th grade choir. In the classroom the applicant must establish effective classroom management by having clear expectations and set procedures for a student centered classroom. Finally the applicant will work creatively, cooperatively, and will establish positive relationships with colleagues and guardians, and students.

Part Time Secretary

Applicant will have to be well organized and work collaboratively with our full time secretary. This position is for 29 hours a week and would run two weeks before school starts and two weeks after school ends and for the most part would follow the school calendar for days off. The hours would be from 7:45-1:30 Monday through Friday. This position will start out at $10/hour.
