Divisions: 5^th/6^th/7^th/8^th grade boys and girls

Double Elimination Tournament

We reserve the right to adjust brackets based on team registrations. Players may play on only one team. Players cannot play down below their grade.

Teams sending entry forms after a bracket has been closed will be fully refunded.   

Cancellations made before (TBD for 2018 Tournament) will receive 100% refund.  Cancellations after cut off date will not be refunded.

Concessions will be offered and admission will be charged at the door.

Admission will be $10 for a tournament pass or $5 per day.

Medical Release forms:  A form is provided, please send with your registration and funds.  A substitute waiver form can be used as long as it includes waiver & hold harmless statement.

Registration is not considered received unless funds are included.
